2012 Track and Tower Duty Schedule now posted on the documents page. Please email pavelracing@comcast.net with your 2 selections. One must be in each half of the season. All members required to select 2 dates.

Track Rental for SJQMA Members ONLY

If you are interested in renting the track please contact

Track rental cost is a $100 donation to the club. An ambulance must also be on site and costs $50 per hour on a week night and $60 per hour on weekends, with a 4 hour minimum. You must give at least 1 weeks notice for track rental. Track prep and closing must be coordinated through John Miller. You must have a current board member on site during practice.
Only QMA members are permitted on the track during practice. QMA safety rules must be followed during practice. The board will arrange for the ambulance to be at the track.

Monthly Club Meetings for 2012

SJQMA has monthly club meetings on the third Monday
of every month. Meetings are held at 7:30pm in the
Meeting trailer on the grounds of Sandstone Speedway.
Meeting Dates for 2012: Jan 16th, Feb 20th, Mar 19th,
Apr 16th, May 21st, Jun 18th, Jul 16th, Aug 20th, Sep
17th, Oct 15th, Dec 17th
