Monthly Club Meetings

SJQMA has monthly club meetings on the third Monday
of every month. Meetings are held at 7:30pm in the
Meeting trailer on the grounds of Sandstone Speedway.
Meeting Dates for 2009: Jan 19th, Feb 16th, Mar 16th,
Apr 20th,  May 18th, Jun 15th, Jul 20th, Aug 17th, Sep
21th, Oct 19th, Dec 21st

No meeting in November due to SJQMA Banquet.

Just a reminder to please get your raffle
items in by the next race which is our
last.  Also if you did not receive an
assigned item please contact Wendy at
the track or email the club . We may have
missed someone. Thanks so much for
everyone's participation. See you at the
last race.


Our end of year Awards Banquet will be
held on Sunday, November 22nd from
2-7pm at Columbus Manor in
Williamstown, NJ.

The make -up schedule for the following
rained out races will be:

Please help support our 1st annual Pie in
the Face Fundraiser. Jugs will be on
display with the photos of board
members and others who have so
graciously volunteered. Donations
starting at $1.00 can be placed in the jug
of the person you would most like to
receive a "Pie in the Face". The jug with
the most money collected will determine
who will receive a " Pie in the Face"
during the last race of the season. All
proceeds will  benefit the track
improvement fund. Please help support
this worthy cause.


Anyone who has not picked up your
fundraiser ticket book you should do so
this week.

2010 Renewal applications will be
available for pick up on Monday Night at
the Monthly Meeting.  Applications will
not be mailed to members this year due to
the amount of forms that need to be
completed. Postage to mail would be very
costly for the club. Please check your
email for the application process, as
some things have changed from last year.
Applications are due by 10/31/09. They
are considered late after 12/31/09 and a
late fee will be imposed. This includes
alternate handler renewals as well.

Closing track duties will take place on Saturday and Sunday,
November 7th and 8th from 9am until 3pm. All members are
required to perform closing duties. Please contact Bill Schenck
at bill.schenck@osheatruckcenter.com to let him know which
day you will be attending.
